AVAILABLE DOGS As of Tuesday, August 26, 2008 , Dane Outreach has the following dogs available for adoption.
Please note that people
with approved applications are promptly notified
about available Danes, so dogs are frequently
adopted without being featured on this page.
Because of this, a common assumption is that we do
not have any dogs in the program, when in fact a
number may be "behind the scenes." As of May 23rd of this year, Dane Outreach has assisted 83 Great Danes.
If you are interested in one of
these dogs, and do not already have a completed
Application on file, please submit an Application
before inquiring on a particular dog. An
Application, along with the procedure on how to
submit it, can be found through the "Adoption" menu
to the left. To avoid problems and disappointments,
we cannot provide additional information on our
dogs, or set up an appointment to meet a dog, unless
an Application has been received and approved.

Please note that you must have an approved application on file to receive additional information on dogs or to set up an appointment. These available dogs are listed here for information only, and as an accommodation to the shelters and to the public. Dane Outreach is not otherwise a participant in the acquisition and/or placement of any of these dogs. Dane Outreach has not examined or tested these dogs, nor accepted them into the Dane Outreach program. Dane Outreach has no knowledge of, and is not responsible for, their health, temperament, or other attributes.
